Questions
What counts as an active passport?
A passport that is published and reachable by anyone scanning its code. Drafts and archived passports do not count toward your plan.
What happens if I go over my plan?
Nothing breaks. Existing passports stay live and we prompt you to upgrade before publishing more.
Can I export my data?
Always. Your product data exports as CSV and your identifiers are your own GS1 GTINs. There is no lock-in.
Does a TagPass passport make me EU compliant?
No product is automatically compliant. Requirements arrive category by category. We support the schemas that are legally defined, mark others as preparing, and offer voluntary passports for everything else. The economic operator remains responsible for accuracy.
