1
Strictly necessary
We set a small number of cookies and local storage entries that are essential to operate the service: keeping you signed in, maintaining your session securely, protecting against cross-site request forgery, and remembering your interface preferences. These cannot be switched off without breaking the service and do not require consent.
2
Analytics
Where enabled, we use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage — which pages are visited and where errors occur. This helps us improve reliability. Where required by law we ask for your consent before setting non-essential analytics cookies.
3
Advertising
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
4
Public passport pages
Public passport pages are designed to load without requiring cookies. Scanning a product code does not identify the person scanning it.
5
Managing cookies
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in. Where a consent banner is shown, you can change your choice at any time from the same control.
